The Cathedral is located two blocks from the main transit thoroughfare through the centre of the city at Granville Street. Most city buses going through the city centre go along Granville Street. Alight at the Dunsmuir Street stop and walk two blocks east along Dunsmuir Street to get to the Cathedral. Suburban buses usually run along Georgia Street; alight at Granville Street stop and walk one block north along Granville Street and then two blocks east along Dunsmuir Street.

If you are coming into Vancouver on the SkyTrain system, the nearest stations are Vancouver City Centre on the Canada Line or Granville on the Millenium and Expo Lines. If you are alighting at Vancouver City Centre station follow the directions given earlier for suburban buses. If you are alighting at Granville station, follow the signs for the Dunsmuir Street exit and at that exit turn right (east) along the Dunsmuir Street and the Cathedral is one and half block walk.
